Founder/CEO
Lauren Leulu is the Founder / CEO of Leulu & Co. With a decade of experience in the small business government contracting (GovCon) sector, she has honed her skills in branding, graphic design, and proposal graphic development. Her combined portfolio, academic background, and experience uniquely position her to translate the specific needs of GovCon businesses into clear and consistent brands. She has a proven track record of leading company rebrands, website redesigns, and marketing material refreshes, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
Lauren’s proficiency in business development (BD) research allows her to analyze procurement data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. Her expertise spans pre-RFP preparation to final submission, with a successful history of securing multi-billion dollar GWACs like GSA 8(a) STARS III.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Studies of Law in Government Procurement at The George Washington University School of Law.
Digital Marketing Manager | UX/UI Designer
Joy brings a unique blend of design expertise and marketing passion to Leulu & Co. After thriving as a TV advertising art director, she transitioned her creative skills to UX/UI design. This combination fuels her passion for crafting engaging digital experiences.
A fast learner with a keen eye for design, Joy is always seeking ways to improve her craft. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and joined Leulu & Co. as an intern in September 2023. She has since transitioned into a Digital Marketing Manager role, leveraging her design skills and marketing knowledge to create impactful campaigns.
